medical records to which our customers have granted you access. You may only view and print documents.
If you would like to request a change or an addendum to a document, please contact directly the healthcare provider
or organization that created the document.
Systems Requirements: To view documents you will need Windows 2000 or higher,
Microsoft Word 2000 or higher, Internet Explorer, and a broadband Internet connection. Your firewall should permit access
